I have posted several of these “cops doing bad” type posts now. I am not sure I ever pointed out I am not some softy who thinks all criminals should be coddled and taken care of in a nice fashion. Quite the opposite is true. I think once convicted any broken law should be enforced with extreme punishment. If you kill someone in a planned and thought out fashion you should also be deigned life. If you steal from others you should go to jail for a very long time. If however you do drugs a slap on the wrist is fine as long as you stay at home locked up and don’t hurt anyone else. It is when you endanger others or impose your will and actions on others that I think the long arm of the law needs to come down hard, fast and strong. This enforcement however is not the job of small minded, ego driven, arrogant, racist, donut fueled officers. If you don’t like the idea of taking another life as retribution for their crimes I can go that route as well. Have Dubai use one of the many islands they built as a prison. Just drop all the lifers and other extreme felons on that sucker and let them all just work it out themselves for the rest of thier life. Then they are away from the rest of us and we can still sleep well at night knowing we did not kill them as they did to others.
Now on with the show…..
More from Texas! The cops in Texas pull motorists over and take their shit. If you buck at this they threaten to send your kids away and lock you up. Yep this seems perfectly legal to me! Come on, why are these cops not locked up for life. They are uniform wearing thugs and as such should be held more accountable for their actions.
Seems in Wisconsin cops can just slap a GPS unit on your car and watch where you go. They don’t even need a reason or warrant! I guess they need to do this because if they had to leave the donut shop they would burn a few calories? Anyway I am not overly worried about this in and of itself. I am worried about what it leads to. Cops can follow you around in public so how is a GPS that much different? The problem is it gives these big headed ass hats in uniform one more reason they feel justified in trampling all your rights. Also I am pretty sure if I slapped a GPS on a cop car I would be in violation of some law. So why can they do it?
More in Texas where everything is bigger (well except for the brains) an elderly woman of 72 is tasered. FYI: The older you are the more likely the taser will end your life! This was done by officer “too dumb to tie his shoes” because the 72 year old great grandma got violent and verbal after refusing to sign a speeding ticket. Here is a video of her being interviewed. First off lets just say officer dim wit is right and telling the truth, even though they refuse to release the video from the cop car that would of course prove his story if it were true. Now if he is telling the truth what threat does a 72 year old inside a car pose to a fit donut eating officer? She had no weapon! But of course she used her tongue (if true) and I suppose his little ego got bruised. Most important however is that there is NO LAW stating she must sign this ticket! So why was she being harassed into doing so?
This little ditty relates to the above story. A man was tasered once again for refusing to sign a speeding ticket which if you read above is NOT AGAINST THE LAW. This man won a $40,000 law suit against the department. But of course he did not obey the officers every ridiculous request. Here is the video. So the video news story linked claims the cop had the right to use the taser but that he should have communicated to the victim better first. First off the cop asked him out of the car, then he started acting like a dick instead of explaining things better. I have said it before and I will say it again… Why must we always under all circumstances obey an officer? They are human hence they make mistakes. In addition they are ego based donut fueled assholes. If you fail to obey an officer and it was inappropriate for you to do so by all means you should be punished for that in addition to the original problem; like if you run. On the flip side if an officer is an ass and jumps right to threats and force then they should be equally punished and held accountable for not doing their job properly and safely.
—- As a side note I did security at an amusement park one summer. Now talk about a job with no respect and a silly pointless uniform! I did not even have a flashlight for crying out loud, just a pair of rubber gloves and a band-aid in case someone skinned their knee. Yet I never had any issues asking people to conform to my stupid requests like don’t drink in the parking lot, and miss please cover your perky nipples as bras are not allowed to be exposed. Yes they lied, yes I had to repeat myself several times, yes they snickered at me, yes I was pissed but I kept my cool and refrained from making threats and letting my ego get the better of me. In the end I won the day and all were happy. So all I am saying is that instead of showing small minded enforcers of the law how to use a taser, all the while telling them how safe they are, that we should perhaps teach them some manners and interpersonal skills!
Once a suspect submits to the cop and is laying on the ground the cop decides he is not quite done yet. So of course the cop kicks him in the head! Yet just one more example of an officer taking out their aggression on a criminal just because they want to.
A cop pushes a woman down some stairs. The good news is the cop is being investigated. The bad news is he is still getting paid to work behind a desk while this is sorted out. The real kicker is the cop filed assault charges against the woman! Just to be an ass I suspect and to use this intimidation to get her to not file charges. Because of the files charged against her the victim lost her job. I am not sure why she lost her job and that seems wrong but it is due to officer ass hat none-the-less. When this officer gets convicted all his wages after the incident should be taken from him. Then he can go get a job at a turkey farm or something. So cop assaults a woman, she presses charges, he also presses charges. Then his allegations are dropped because he is a bastard telling lies. Meanwhile he still gets paid and the woman is now unemployed! The only reason he is even being investigated is because of the linked video. Think about how much of this crap happens that never goes anywhere because it is just the victims word against the officer… and we all know officers are always right and never lie so there is no point investigating them!!!
Apparently cops even like to harass those in the business of saving the lives of others. There is a video along with this story. In this tale of woe the cops get all pissy and attack an ambulance driver with someone in the back of the truck because he did not yield to them. They were apparently going out on their own call at the same time as the ambulance. First off maybe they should have just done nothing and let their huge freaking egos rest for the day. But more importantly they claim they were attacked first. The video I watched clearly shows the cops placing a hand on the ambulance driver first then him pushing them away. Had the ambulance guy truly attacked first he would not have been standing in this video at all because the cops would have had him pinned to the ground and tased. Once again I fail to see why you must always submit to a law officer when they are clearly in the wrong? In cases where the officer acts out of the bounds of the law they need to be punished severely. If you attack a cop fist you will be lucky to get away without some serious damage must less your life. Yet if they just decide to push people around because they dropped a donut or because their ego gets in the way it is OK?? I don’t see the logic?
