Wegscheid, Kathleen May age 76, of Cotton pass-ed away peacefully in her home on December 1, 2022. She was born in Minneapolis on March 26, 1946. She was preceded in death by her siblings Dennis Skrypek, Frankie Opheim and Elenor Jorgenson. Her parents Clarence and Rose Opheim. She is survived by husband Ralph Wegscheid, children Don Opheim (Callie), Tammy Koenig (Ray), Rachel Wegscheid, Roxy Sullivan (Rick), Anthony Bishop (Chandra), Gary Sargent (Bailey), brothers Clarence, David, Randy and sisters JoAnne and Cindy, thirteen grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren, a very special Aunt Eleanor Siedlecki and many nieces, nephews, and many close friends. A Celebration of Kathleen's Life will be held on Saturday January 21, 2023 from 1PM-4PM in the Fridley American Legion Post 303, 7365 NE Central Ave., Fridley, MN 55432.
